Breakout and Workshop Sessions:  Please bring your laptop with your presentation on it (this is different from the message we relayed to you in April).  Your computer will be used in your session, so make sure that it can connect to an LCD projector.  Also, all rooms will be ready for a VGA or HDMI connection to the projector from your device.  Any variance should be reviewed in advance.

If you do not have a laptop, please notify Devin Dinkel, ddinkel@nasn.org, and one will be provided for you.

For reassurance, NASN’s audio/visual team will be in the Speaker Ready Room (Torrey Pines 1) to help guide you should there be any problems with your laptop or presentation.  Follow this schedule should you need assistance and take advantage of this time so that you are ready to go for your presentation!!

If you present on June 30th, visit the audio/visual team in the Speaker Ready Room on June 29th between 2-5 PM.
If you present on July 1st, visit the audio/visual team in the Speaker Ready Room on June 30th between 2-5 PM.
If you present on July 2nd, visit the audio/visual team in the Speaker Ready Room on July 1st between 2-5 PM.

Again, don’t forget to bring your laptop with your presentation on it!

Roundtable Discussions:  Presenters will not be showing their slides to the audience.  However, if slides or notes are needed to guide the presentation, please make sure you bring your own laptop with your presentation on it.

Poster Presentations:
Poster presenters do not need to bring their presentation.  These presenters will send NASN the digital poster presentation in mid-May. NASN will work with the audio/visual team to pre-load presentations onto digital viewing screens in the poster presentation room.
