Get ready to shop....Back by popular demand, the Satchels and Purses for Nurses event will be taking place outside of the Grand Ballroom from June 28-30 at the Gaylord Rockies in Denver, CO!! NASN Affiliates will donate a satchel, purse, backpack, messenger bag, or even fanny pack and you will have an opportunity to make a bid to purchase it. We are planning for some really special, high quality bags this year! We will close bids on Sunday, June 30th in the afternoon and the final buyers will be notified. All proceeds will go directly to the Endowment Fund.
We will also be holding a collection for the Endowment at the end of all morning general sessions. Colorado has very strict rules on raffles so we decided to go a different direction and collect directly from the membership. You can donate by cash or check. You will easily be able to identify us- we'll be the people with the bags and gold star balloons! We will be handing out a memento to everyone who donates.
Other fun activities include the Fun Run/Walk, a scarf sale, and a Rockies game.....more details to follow!
