Empower4lifeMD (E4L) was established in May of 2015. This local federally recognized non-profit charity, organized and operated by volunteers who are dedicated to helping over 300 homeless children in Baltimore in many ways. The three pillars of the program include Resources for Rejuvenation, Fitness for a Future and Health for Hope.

Resources for Rejuvenation provides children living in shelters with the necessary resources to enable them to live a healthy life. They provide clothing, books, school supplies, bedding and personal care products.

Fitness for a Future partners with fitness professionals to empower children to believe that physical fitness can be fun and teach then to form a life-long habit. These kids do not have the opportunity to be true “kids”. They are not involved in sports, cooperative games, etc… so we bring it to them! It also provides them an outlet to be able to manage their difficult life situations.

Health for Hope empowers children to learn how to make good decisions with lessons to manage emotions and build self-esteem and appropriate conflict resolution techniques.

EmpowerforlifeMD is looking to help the children who live in our homeless shelters by supplying them with twin sheet sets, comforters, blankets, and pillow and travel size personal care products. These items can be brought with you to the conference or can be directly shipped to:
