Tips for Getting from Denver International Airport to the Gaylord Rockies Resort

Coming to Denver? Here are some tips for getting from Denver International Airport (DIA) to the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center:

Flights

Arrive at terminals A, B, or C. Follow the signs to Baggage Claim. You will ride the DIA train to Terminal and Baggage Claim OR walk from Terminal A. Listen closely on the train and you’ll hear a welcome message from one of Colorado’s local celebrities!

Baggage claim

This is on level 5. Carousels are numbered and are either on the East or West side of the terminal. There are monitors to indicate the carousel and corresponding flight numbers.

Ground Transportation 

Level 1 – Transit Center, RTD train (light rail). Follow signs to the Transit Center and proceed to the south exit on level 5, exit the terminal through the sliding glass doors and take the escalator located in the center of the plaza down to level 1. Tickets for the A line train can be purchased at the kiosk, and the train departs every 15 minutes. The Gaylord is located 2.9 miles from the first stop, the 61st and Pena station. The free shuttle to the Gaylord runs approximately every 30 minutes. Get more information

Level 5 – Taxis on Island 1 from doors 505, 507, 511 on the east side and doors 506,510,512 on the west side.

Level 6 – Lyft and Uber pick up near doors 615, 617 on the east side and doors 600, 602 on the west side.
