1. Conference Overview

  • The OSNA Spring Conference will include topics in neurology, diabetes.
  • It will feature the second Annual Health Technology and Skills Fair including diabetes, airway management, clean intermittent catheterization, G-tube management, and orthopedic injury response. 
  • Over 120 school nurses from across Oregon will participate.
  • Thursday, April 30th - Friday, May 1st, 2026
  • Pendleton Convention Center, Pendleton, Oregon

2. Exhibit Opportunities

  • Sponsors receive 2×6’ exhibit tables, with options for additional 3' rounds.
  • Vendors receive a 1×6’ table.
  • Custom sponsorship events can be arranged.
  • WiFi is available: electricity at the both and additional meals ($100/person) can be purchased.

3. Exhibitor Policies & Expectations

  • Set-up begins Wednesday 4/29 at 4pm and tear-down follows the last Friday exhibition session (approx. 1:15pm).
  • Participants will have at least 3+ hours of dedicated time to visit vendor exhibits and sponsored Health Technology and Skills Fair.

4. Logistics

  • Exhibit hall hours are Thursday 7am-5pm and Friday 7am - 1:15pm.
  • Parking, loading dock information, and move-in/out details will be provided.
  • Shipping details will be announced as soon as they are available.

5. Marketing & Visibility Benefits

  • Exhibitors will appear on the conference website, virtual exhibit center, and on the conference platform app. 
  • Social media and attendee engagement opportunities available before and during the event.
  • Passport contests and CPD credit encourage strong engagement.

6. Deadlines & Key Dates

  • Registration opens late January.
  • Submission deadlines for logos, ads, and programs TBD.
  • Hotel registration available now: Oxford Suites Pendleton.
    • Discounted rate guaranteed through 3/30/26.

7. Health, Safety, & Accessibility Policies

  • All Federal, State, and local requirements will be followed.
  • Fire code, liability, insurance, and accessibility requirements apply.
  • Public health requirements will be applied as needed.
