Cancellation of Registration. All cancellations and requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing by the deadlines listed within this policy. A refund less a cancellation fee of $75 will be provided if the cancellation or request for a refund is received by NASN 30 days prior to the event start date. NOTE: NASN will forgo fees associated with canceling the in-person NASN2020 conference registration.
Registration Transfer. Attendee transfers may be made to any attendee registration without incurring an administrative service charge if NASN receives notification 30 days prior to the Event start date. Transfers received within 30 days of the Event start date or on site after the Event has commenced will be subject to a $50 administrative service charge. However, once you have received your badge on site, it cannot be changed, substituted, or reissued to a different person.
