The Foundation for Advancing Alcohol Responsibility’s Ask, Listen, Learn program brought artist Jim Nuttle to NASN’s 50th Annual Conference to capture what it means to be a school nurse, 50 years after NASN was founded.
He asked attendees to tell him their hopes and dreams, the meaning of responsibility for a school nurse, and the small gestures that they’ve made that have had a big impact.
Here’s what they told him, and how he drew it. We thought you’d all like to see how it came out. It’s impressive what school nurses can accomplish, and we hope you all achieve your hopes and dreams for the future! See you in Denver for #NASN2019!
