Every student deserves access to a school nurse. But right now, the workforce faces challenges—staffing shortages, funding gaps, and shifting responsibilities. The NASN Workforce Study captures critical insights on school nurse roles, staffing patterns, workloads, and available support for school nurses providing direct care.
