Every student deserves access to a school nurse. But right now, the workforce faces challenges—staffing shortages, funding gaps, and shifting responsibilities. The NASN Workforce Study captures critical insights on school nurse roles, staffing patterns, workloads, and available support for school nurses providing direct care.
Your participation will:
- Provide evidence policymakers use to advocate for funding and staffing;
- Strengthen NASN’s ability to tell the story of school nursing through data; and
- Shape future programs, resources, and standards.
